Booking and payment

1. Once you make a payment of your tour, your booking is confirmed. Then confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail from us. 

2. The payment will go through by your credit card with full payment. It has to be made by 72 hours before the tour start for one day tour and one week before the tour start for multiday tour.

3. If payment is not made by the dates above, we charge cancellation fee following the cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy

1. All cancellation requests for any reason must be noticed to us by e-mail or phone. 

2. Cancellations fee are subject to change 

Day hike

30% of cacellation fee is charged from 72 hours before the tour start

50% of canellation fee is charged from 48 hours before the tour start

100% of cacellation fee is charged from 24 hours before the tour start or no show

Multi-day hike

30% of cacellation fee is charged from one week before the tour start

50% of canellation fee is charged from five days before the tour start

100% of cacellation fee is charged from three days before the tour start or no show

Examples,

If your tour starts on 15th of August, 

30% of cancellation will be charged from 7th of August. 

50% of cancellation will be charged from 10th of August.

100%% of cancellation will be charged from 12th of August.

3. Refunds

We accept your refund based on the cancellation policy but credit card transaction fee

Cancellation from us

We have the right to cancel any tour at anytime if a tour has to be cancelled for safety reasons like following conditions.

1.Weather conditions that are not acceptable (heavy rain, strong wind,snow etc.,) and natural disasters(earthquake, volvanic activity, typhoon etc.)

2.Physically or mentally difficult conditions judged to be impossible to participate.If a tour has not been started yet in those conditions, we refund 100% of tour fee (except for the transaction fee) no matter when it is. If a tour is on going, no refunds are given back. 

3.If a tour has to be cancelled, we will contact you by one day before the tour start date with e-mail or phone.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that you have insurance that covers medical and rescue activity of hiking. We do not provide any insurance for any tours.

Tour fee

Our tour fee is guiding fee only. It does not include transportation fee, food charge and accommodation fee. 

Risk management

Our tour takes place in natural environment. Please keep it mind that you may have a chance to encounter unexpectable situations or get injured by accident even though a trained and experienced guide is with you.​Even if you get sick or injured, there is no medical institution nearby in our tour place.

Responsibilities

1.You are responsible for your own health conditions, medications and allergies that need to be informed. Please give us those information honestly and clearly before a tour starts.

2.It is your responsibility to have all required equipment and gears on any tour.

3.We do not have any responsibilities for your loss or damage of your personal belongings caused by you during a tour and expenses caused by our cancellation.

Changes

1.We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Any future bookings are subject to the Terms and Conditions which apply at the time a booking is made and you are advised to read all the Terms and Conditions carefully on each occasion before you make a booking.

2. The booking you paid can be rescheduled without any fee (prior to the dates that charge cancellation fee) depending on the availability of that date.

3.The tour itinerary (timing and route) could be subject to change because of weather and trail conditions.

Participants age is from 6 years old.
